JOB SUMMARY

Performs a variety of landscape maintenance; turf maintenance, irrigation repair, chemical application, trimming and planting.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Three years landscape maintenance.   

Knowledge and Skills:  Good communication skills. Basic knowledge of landscape maintenance.  Capable of interpreting irrigation drawings and making irrigation repairs.

License/Certifications:  Valid California driver’s license. Forklift certification preferred.

Equipment:  Mowers, trimmers, blowers, chain saws and other landscape maintenance equipment.

Physical Requirements:  Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job. Able to work within an allergic environment. 

PAY RANGE

$23.00 - $31.82

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.  Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.  For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
