JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems.

          
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

          
Education:  High school diploma or equivalent.

          
Experience:   Five years experience in electrical, HVAC, and refrigeration, preferable in a health care setting.   

          
Knowledge and Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.  Extensive knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration.  Basic computer skills. Read blue prints. 

          
License/Certifications:  Valid California driver’s license and EPA certification. Forklift certification preferred.

          
Equipment:  Heaters, air conditioners, exhaust fans, refrigerators, freezers, etc.  Employee provides basic personal hand tools

PAY RANGE

$23.98 - $35.98

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.  Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.  For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
