POSITION SUMMARY
The role of the Clinical Performance Coordinator encompasses development, coordination, education and implementation of Core Measure Performance Indicators, The Joint Commission Patient Safety Goals and organization/coordination of the MPEC Program.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certification.
Experience: Two years of recent acute hospital experience (within a telemetry or critical care setting preferred).
Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing. Able to manage/prioritize/complete multiple assignments and other duties as assigned to meet deadlines. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Able to accept flexible job assignments as conditions change.
License/Certifications: Current California Registered Nursing license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$47.90 - $71.84
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
