JOB SUMMARY
This position encompasses the administrative and secretarial support for the Information Technology department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related work experience.
Experience: Two years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant. Experience with computers. Experience in an IT environment a plus.
Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of complex office procedures and equipment. Validated long term history of firsthand high quality experience with all phases of the product/services delivery lifecycle. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Proven ability to work with all levels within the organization, vendors, and physicians to achieve common goals. Professional, self-starter, well-organized, and excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently. Exercises good judgment, confidentiality, discretion, and demonstrates sensitivity.
Equipment: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Finance system, and Timekeeping system.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$22.00 - $33.42
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
