JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the supervision and oversight of Environmental Services, and Linen. Supervises employees. Oversees Project Work. Train and coach employees. Conducts Inspections to assure cleaning quality and that policies and protcols are being followed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent within 12 months of hire. Some college preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare Housekeeping or area directly related to position.
Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and skills in administration and leadership, employee relations, communication, management of fiscal resources, and legislation in health care industry. Experience with contracted services preferred.
Equipment: Computers – Floor Care Equipment use and knowledge preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$24.58 - $36.88

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
