JOB SUMMARY
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the job openings list and appropriate posting of positions. Recommends and implements branding and advertising strategies using social media and the recruitment job portal. This position will be tasked with sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new hires. This position coordinates employee social and recognition events.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma required. College degree preferred with HR or health sciences background.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience required. Preferably in Human Resources in a Healthcare related field. Previous experience in developing and executing employer branding and recruitment campaigns preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: The successful employee will have strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, excellent interactive skills, organizational skills and able to communicate in English both orally and in writing. Strong understanding of social media, employer branding platforms, and digital marketing. Knowledge of labor laws and Joint Commission requirements required.
Equipment: Strong computer skills. Experience with databases and publishing programs.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$24.58 - $36.88
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
