JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Per Diem RN is to assist the Supervisor of Employee Health with the Flu and TB vaccination programs, immunizations, employee exposures, fit for duty, supervisory referrlas, new hire clearance and participation in interactive meetings and accommodation meetings as requested either in the absence of the Supervisor, or when asked to assist in these duties.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 3 – 5 years recent acute hospital experience required with Employee Health or Occupational Health experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of regulatory compliance for healthcare employees in Hospital setting including OSHA reporting guidelines. Able to multi task, work independently, prioritize and be competent to make independent decisions. Strong critical thinking skills required.
License/Certifications: Current California Registered Nursing license. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card. Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred.
Equipment: Ability to use computer including knowledge of Excel.
PAY RANGE
$46.73 - $70.09

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
