JOB SUMMARY
The role encompasses the management of the cardiac catheterization lab patient through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
Job reguires 10 hour shifts and taking call.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certification
Experience: One year experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or two years experience in a critical care area.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
License/Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California, American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS, Basic EKG course or passing of 80% or greater on exam to be completed within orientation period. One year experience in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or two years experience in a critical care area and completion of a 12 Lead EKG class either prior to hire/transfer or within 12 months of hire.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$46.50 - $70.09

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
