POSITION SUMMARY
The SARH residency program coordinator is primarily responsible for the administrative operations of a medical residency program, including managing resident schedules, coordinating rotations, overseeing accreditation processes, facilitating recruitment, maintaining program records, and collaborating with faculty to ensure smooth resident training, all while adhering to the standards of SARH’s mission and values.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience: Three years of Administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare setting.
Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional organization, interpersonal skills, ability to independently prioritize work, and utilize resources effectively. Must possess effective written and verbal skills. Ability to adapt and adjust to new or changing situations. Ability to maintain and understands principles of record keeping and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance). Able to organize, schedule and prioritize assignments.
Equipment: Computers, experienced with variety of software applications (i.e., Excel, Word, Access).
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical requirements of the job.
PAY RANGE
$28.52 - $42.78
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
