JOB SUMMARY
The role encompasses the management of the cardiac catheterization lab patient through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See licenses and certification.
Experience: One year expereince in a cardiac catheterization laboratory or two years experience in a critical care area.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate as appropriate and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
License/Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California, AHA (American Heart Assocaition) BLS & ACLS, Basic EKG course or passing of 80% or greater on exam to be completed within orientation period. One year experience in a cardia catheterization laboratory or two years experience in a critical care area.
Equipment: Cardiac Lab Equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirments.
PAY RANGE
$46.73-$70.09
