JOB SUMMARY
The role encompasses the management of critical care patient care through implementation of the nursing process, supervision of licensed and unlicensed personnel, and coordination of interdisciplinary care.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: See License and Certifications.
Experience: None.
Knowledge and Skills: Able to work in a fast-paced environment; manage/prioritize/delegate patient care, and complete work assignments and other duties as assigned. Able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing.
License and Certifications: Current nursing license, state of California. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card, ACLS, Basic Arrhythmia, Basic 12-lead EKG, and a Critical Care course required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform the essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$46.50 - $68.39

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
