JOB SUMMARY

The role encompasses practice, consultation, education, research, and administration.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:  Bachelor degree in nursing required, Master degree preferred, with additional specialized training in education.

Experience: Five years clinical experience.

Knowledge and Skills:  Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written. Able to work in a highly complex and collaborative team environment.

License/Certifications:  Current RN license to practice nursing in the state of California. Certificate in a clinical specialty, leadership, or education preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card and age specific advanced life support.

Equipment:  Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. General knowledge of unit specific equipment.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.

PAY RANGE

$59.81 - $89.71

The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change.  Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills.  For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
