POSITION SUMMARY
This position functions as the confidential secretary to the Rehabilitation Services Director or Manager, and is responsible for the reception and front office area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or GED or equivalency examination.
Experience: One year previous secretarial experience, preferable in a health care office.
Knowledge and Skills: Must have excellent typing and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ability to master department-specific software. Must have strong interpersonal, telephone, and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Must be able to perform as a team member, perform multiple tasks, work independently, and must know medical terminology.
License/Certifications: Pediatric and Adult American Heart Association (AHA) BLS card.
PAY RANGE
$21.00 - $29.12

Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
